I was extremely disappointed with the service during my stay. Additionally, I was met with an embarrassing situation regarding lounge access during our anniversary celebration. the staff blamed us for something we weren't informed about, which left us feeling humiliated.

A Tranquil Oasis with Stunning Views

I enjoyed six nights in a beautiful Superior Room with a pool view. The onsite restaurant offered delicious local cuisine, making every meal a delightful experience. For light sleepers, I suggest requesting a room away from the courtyard to fully embrace the tranquility.

We had an awesome time enjoying the executive lounge with its tasty snacks and the peaceful Arboretum for morning runs. The spa and wellness center was a treat, especially the massages after a long day. If I had one tiny complaint, it’d be that the restaurant prices were a bit high compared to local spots, but definitely worth it for a special meal! 😄

The one-bedroom suite was spacious, super clean, and had an amazing lounge access. The fitness center was great for working out. Enjoyed a run at the Arboretum with complimentary access and loved the peaceful vibe of the area. They even left a birthday cake in our room, which was such a sweet surprise!

But, darling, if I wanted a wake-up call at 3 am, I’d have set an alarm myself! The noise could use some serious soundproofing!

Drinks and warm dishes in the evening. the nearby arboretum was perfect for relaxation.

I relished the breakfast spread with local flavors that kept my tastebuds dancing! The Arboretum's lush paths were perfect for both leisurely strolls and early morning runs. Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming us like family.

The high security vibe made us a bit wary about exploring outside, and the restaurant's 'happy hour' left us scratching our heads when we found out we needed to order 2 for the third to be 'free. '

The hotel's contemporary interiors featured beautiful design elements that made it feel luxurious yet welcoming. I appreciated the large, accessible spaces and serene running paths nearby, allowing for easy movement and enjoyment of nature during my stay.

More shaded seating areas outdoors would be beneficial.

The breakfast spread blew us away, with local dishes enhancing our experience. The lounge's ambiance was perfect for winding down after exploring the beautiful Nairobi Arboretum nearby.
